Health Insurance

Mr Brooksbank is recognised by all the major insurance companies, before any consultation please make sure this has been pre-authorised by your insurance company. It is also useful to gain authorisation for tests such as X-rays and scans.

Any investigations/ treatments recommended by Mr Brooksbank need to be pre-authorised by your insurance company. It is important to keep your insurer informed as not all policies are the same.

Self-funding

If you are self funding, you will be responsible for any consultation fees, investigations or treatment costs.  Mr Brooksbank’s fees for consultations are as below

New Patient Consultation      £200

Follow up Consultation          £130

Any tests or investigations undertaken will be billed in addition to the consultation fees and will be usually billed directly by Ross Hall Hospital.

Treatment quotations can be supplied on request,  Ross hall  have a ‘package price’ for most common operations undertaken by Mr Brooksbank. The hospital will detail what is included in this package.

Simple treatments such as joint injections have separate surgeon fees and hospital fees.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) have also recently stipulated that costs related to attending Mr Brooksbank clinic should be supplied to you and as such a separate letter which you will receive.

Payment options

We aim to make this as simple as possible.

All self pay consultations,  surgeon fees for self pay injection plus any excess on medical insurance policy will be billed separately and directly to the patient.

All self pay billing will be carried out by Medserv.
